Wait wasn't the original X-36 Radio controlled and it was only 28% scale at like 3 feet high. They never build a full scale one sadly. It was a testbed for tech that went into the X-45. Still awesome. I've been wanting to get into rc planes for a long time, problem is I want a foam EDF F-14, F-22, F-35, X-23 or F-15 but I've heard nothing but bad things about existing ones.

hi, all of your videos are awsome. it will be great if you could make a video about the transmitters, i mean which is the transmitter you recomend. and what is the main details we have to take note when selcting a transmitter. because i noticed a lot of shortforms used with trnsmitter models like DX6, DX^i etc. and also if we can use any recievers for any transmitters. what are the criterias for that. and what are hack modules etc. this will so usefull for the begginers.

With a gyro on the yaw axis the rudders will work hard against your turn, just like a rc helicopter you must coordinate your turn.

Okay I decided. I'm going to give this idea a whirl on my X-Wing. I added some vertical stabs on each wing tip and even though I planned to use transparent in the end it is just plain huge and not to realistic or do able. They drag the ground and my catapult is useless with them on. I will be using 11 servos total plus Gyro. Unless I can join two wings per servo and some pushrod action that would be great. Did you use an external battery for servos by any chance?
