Three main reasons for this: 1) the way the last episode ended, while it could leave it open for a second season, I doubt they will make another one because it ended in a way for the viewer to decide Lucy's fate, and making a second season would ruin that. 2) the anime already strayed fairly far from the manga, and they couldn't end it as beautifully as the manga did. 3) The OVA came out in April 2005, so if they are theyre really takin their time....lol!

Though I think the people who are all screaming are going a bit overboard, they do have a point. Elfen Lied is a sad and dark anime, with a lot of ties to the slums of real life. Putting such an upbeat song doesn't really belong with the series. Also, recording with an outside camera is unneeded. You could just get the demo version of fraps or something.

Granted however, getting the footage for a fanmade trailer is hard for an anime.

Leave the anime as it is, read the manga :D
