It is hard to understand how a person can claim Sola Scriptura and then say "The Bible doesn't tell us which books should be included as Sacred Scripture." The authority to choose came from somewhere other than the Bible itself....thus....extrabiblical authority. The Catholic Church acknowledges extrabiblical authority....the protestant principle of Sola Scriptura is self contradicting and inconsistent.
