This guy is a really nice guy, I've just made my own shitty ring tones and I'm glad that I don't have a crappy Nokia tune because If someone gets a text message to their nokia with the same tone that I have, It's really awkward when you both pull out your phones and you're not the one who received the message, That's pretty embarrassing. But it's really funny if there are 9 other people in the vicinity with the same tone ^_^ ~ Thanks to Ron, i have none of those problems : D

You can do it without a keyboard but most of the programs do cost money. There are a a few trial versions that you can find but the samples in the trial versions are limited. If you invest in a program like Mr Jenkees has then you can actually take your own samples from other sources and add them to your library. Hope I cleared a bit of that up for you.

p.s. PC's will work for mixing but Macs are ideal.

i just take an mp3 and drop it in audacity.. and cut it up how i want it.. or cut "out" the part i want and save it as mp3.. and then use ringo to import it on my treo to the internal memory. ringo can play mp3s and stuff but internal import its faster
