I wasn't saying it was the worst video in the world or anything, just that it could be better. I have made many AMVs in my time, both good and terrible, so I have been through the same thing, so I think your jump to name calling and conclusions was a little over the top.
@ShadowItachi88 alright I jumped the gun, but compared to a lot of amvs if not most this one is actually really well done, it doesn't just focus on one episode, or one fight scene, it manages to put all of the Neon Genesis episodes into a small 5 min span, you said that the lyrics didn't match or you didn't flow to the beat of the song, that may just be because you may or may not be interested in this kind of music so you shouldn't put any blame on the creator

I just watched a half dozen Evangelion AMVs and this one is the only one that actually captured the series for me... It was like Gainax decided to make a 5 1/2 minute opening sequence set to a Nightwish song. I'd bet Anno would be pleased by this. Simply incredible.

Now they've got the Rebuild which was supposed to be a remake but well, Hideaki Anno of course decided he wanted to confuse us some more prety much changing the whole thing, it may even be a sequel!

The ending in the series sucks, but if you use ''the end of evangelion'' as the true ending it makes sense ( almost) but the creator wanted to people to think. ( You can understand the ending many different ways) that was what the creator wanted. But yes, he's FUCKED in the head!

Agree with everything said, NGE is without doubt, the most challenging program I have ever watched. It's easy to find something that challenges you intelectually, but to shake parts of you down to the soul, that is true beauty.
AGREED, NGE is the anime or possibly program ever, u can like things like ghost in the shell which challenges you intelectually and gives u things to think about, but NGE is that and much much more, i just cant explain the magnificence of this show, its just a pure beautiful work of art.

Basically the japanese defense force is trying to stop 3rd impace while seele and comander ikari are trying to initiate it. Ultimantly 3rd impact happens everyone gets tanged by rei and reverts back to lcl because everyones at fields were destroyed by the anti at field that was put out by lilith but since shinji was part of the tree of life/adam/eva 001 when he joined with lilith/Gianormous rei he decided that although everyone is one being its emotionless...

This allows anyone who so desire to reform their at fields and reconstitute themselves into their original state of being. Well, the movie is an experiment, evangelion is the series, but the long movies and the short ones (renewal dvd) are an experiment take on the series (also experimental by itself), the real object of the End of eva, was showing the love-hate relationship between shinji and asuka, and the success of the film is in make all of us feel terrible like if we were in a love-hate relationship, thats why the movie is so disgusting and at the same time an artistic and intellectual success

The ending in the series sucks, but if you use ''the end of evangelion'' as the true ending it makes sense ( almost) but the creator wanted to people to think. ( You can understand the ending many different ways) that was what the creator wanted. But yes, he's FUCKED in the head!

ya, pretty good. some really nice cut work, things i never would have thought of puting together creating new ideas.
but the reused sections? that was a bit lazy. i think you could have come up with something better if you tried

There are several Films:
1997 - The End Of Evangelion, A full length feature of the conclusion to Evangelion, it essentially replaces (or runs parrallel) to episodes 25-26 depending on your interpretation of the events.
2007 - Rebuild of Evangelion, a digitally remastered Movie based on the 1 few episodes of the series, with redone animation etc its V Good XD

great anime unfortunately manga better they are currently making ovas called rebuild of evangelion 4 ovas in total series consist of 26 eps they have 2 movies death and rebirth dont bother watching and end of evangelion witch is an alt ending that replaces ep 25 and 26 on series if u want i can send u link to dl using megaupload

I could think of several better evangelion amvs "Nightmare" by apc and "When the World Ends" by the dave mattew's band both fit it much better. Anyone interested in evangelion must check it out.

Agree with everything said, NGE is without doubt, the most challenging program I have ever watched. It's easy to find something that challenges you intelectually, but to shake parts of you down to the soul, that is true beauty.

It's called an opinion and in his (and mine) Eva is the best Anime series of all time. So yeah, it can be the best, in our eyes, doesn't mean we think everyone should feel that way, but doesn't make it anything but the best, in our eyes.

that is true, but going around saying: "this or that anime is the best anime of all time", even though it's personal taste, only contributes to the fanbase and ultimatly leads to fanboyism.
This makes you no better than the narutards that go around saying "naruto is the best anaime ever!!". If you love this anime, thats awesome, you can leave comments stating what you like about it or why you like it. But saying in comments: "EVA is the best thing ever!" gives a bad name to the series!

I don't see why people can't think Naruto is the best show ever as well, thats a matter of personal taste too. The only issue with being vocal of your opinion is when you're negatively vocal of other people's opinions. I don't think either of us are displaying that. I see what you're saying, but I don't think its an issue.

Basically the japanese defense force is trying to stop 3rd impace while seele and comander ikari are trying to initiate it. Ultimantly 3rd impact happens everyone gets tanged by rei and reverts back to lcl because everyones at fields were destroyed by the anti at field that was put out by lilith but since shinji was part of the tree of life/adam/eva 001 when he joined with lilith/Gianormous rei he decided that although everyone is one being its emotionless...

This allows anyone who so desire to reform their at fields and reconstitute themselves into their original state of being. The people with more knowledge of themselves will be the first to reconstitute into their former bodies out of the sea of lcl. And this is where we're left with asuka and shinj in the final scene, they were the first ones.

Well, the movie is an experiment, evangelion is the series, but the long movies and the short ones (renewal dvd) are an experiment take on the series (also experimental by itself), the real object of the End of eva, was showing the love-hate relationship between shinji and asuka, and the success of the film is in make all of us feel terrible like if we were in a love-hate relationship, thats why the movie is so disgusting and at the same time an artistic and intellectual success
