Set up mail on iTouch and iPhone

Well if you're mail provider is optimum online like mine is, you need to go to their website and change your password like you would change a password on any other site.

what if your just using regular outlook or outlook web access (for my school) how do i get that to work?

It should work the same way, just find your information in the settings and fill it in on your iTouch or iPhone

For outlook express what e-mail do i choose exchange? can't be gmail or yahoo mail...

Hmmm did you try creating another mail account and then trying to get that one to work on the iTouch?

I can't get it to work. First it says it can't find it using ssl. So I choose to not use it. Then it verifies forever, then it goes to a blank grey screen with nothing on it and nothing happens. What do I do?

The ssl thing just ignore and don't use cause you don't need it. I have never had the grey screen come up before so I'm not really sure. When you restart it or w/e when the screen comes up is the account created under the mail icon thing?
