I was a youth pastor .... I feel his pain ... you get pats on the head and treated like half a pastor. You're caught between the kids, the parents, and the church administration.

hahaha, nice, now, you get more than a pat on the head, my dads a youth pastor, and i help him do stuff all the time, and you get more rewards than just a pat on the head, you get to know, that you made, and can make a difference in the next generations life, but beyond the fact that my dads a youth pastor, hes also the Media director(those guys dont get pats on the head haha) the worship leader, and director, and he takes care of a whole lot of other stuff that gets done in the church haha
