She nails that high A at the end, but I think Laurel's just a bit flat in the first verse of this performance. Hey, that's a live performance, though, and it's hard to be perfect all the time.

AMEN! No doubt that she had many trumpeters trying to imitate that in instrumental versions of this! I recall that Laurel left the group following an auto accident. She is still performing, isn't she?

They are touring. I saw them at the Blue Note in NYC this past December. They are still swinging hard. Although a little less cutesy. More jazz singing. But they still know how to have fun.
