If they're British, then what language are they speaking? Most people think it's French, meaning that they are most likely either French or Canadian. Also, how could you tell the difference between the unis of any allied country? Lastly, it's Iraq.
As you hinted, they're French-speaking Canadian, soldiers of a British Commonwealth country. I am not a professional soldier, yet I can tell that at first sight from their uniform and helmet. Besides, I discover, with amazement, the sort of racism of some of your compatriots against Canadians (not to mention French!). This video is just a funny gag, and is not more about any army or technology than a slapstick comedy is about cuisine
