now why did you have to muddy the world with a blanket comment like that ? The whole developed world is scewing up the natural earth's resources. I learned a long time ago you can't judge a person by the country he or she lives in or blame any one country for the worlds ills. We all live here and are children of the stars. Hey old chap, you started it! I will leave you with the stats. The USA is less than 4% of the global population and yet is second only to China in producing pollution and harmful emmisions! In fact until 13 months ago, it was bigger than China! Frightful isnt it!

Oh, sure it's frightful but not exactly my own personal fault. I am a poor musician without a car or any polluting devices beyond electricity and my flush toilet.. I agree with you, Americans are spoiled, so aren't Euro people, Aussie's etc. America was lucky to be on the winning side after ww-2. All the budding techno stuff was just starting to come into play, now, it's out of control..Personally I live in a country my father built and I'm just along for the ride..[are you the "old chap" guy ?]

But we could all say "its not my fault gov" when collectively we can all do something. I have a chum who lives in Monterey, he works in Santa Clara and "does his bit" for pollution by driving a Prius hybrid to work. However at weekends, his wife droves their Porsche to Tahoe and he follows in the Yukon! So old boy, best you help make the changes, we owe that to our children!
