Hey. What final sg rating did you have for the Munich lager? I got this brewing at the moment. Been 2 weeks and I am getting constant readings of 1014. Must be ready to bottle by now.
@st33n23 Hey there ST - My hydrometer broke so I dont take readings. If it has been fermenting 2 weeks and the readings are now constant sounds like your ready to bottle. Its a nice beer let us know how it turns out - cheers!
Hey Jake - yes 1KG of the liquid glucose would be fine. I would say though just top it up to 19-20 liters - dont go with the whole 23L or it will be a little bit dry and watery. I have made some light ales and lager with 1KG of the glucose and they turned out fine when made with 19-20L of water. Cheers
hey great review, I so want to start brewing lagers, Maineyak gave me a sam adams boston lager cloan I want to brew, I have to really do my homework though I beleve its an all grain cloan recipe, anyway great video, I look faward to your next one, Mark
Would love to see you make a brew with Honey, or even try maltodextrin and corn sugar (like the actual coppers kits add).I would just like to see how you would go about doing it with ingredient I can get my hands on, since I cant get high malt glucose.
Revolutanary brewer, great video as usual. I love how you compare your kits to commercial beers so I can get an idea if I want to try it or not. Great review! Only problem with your recipes is I can't get high malt glucose in my town so I have no idea what that would taste like :(
Always a pleasure. I had to compare this video to an earlier one to see how much your foliage in the background has grown. You need to pan left and get that tree in frame.

I've heard this one was good, think I will end up trying it. Do you think 1 kilogram of liquid glucose would be enough of an additive?

Dont disgrace your beer with corona bottles, try the Grolsch bottles with the stopper on top those are sweet and you don't need to put caps on!

Don't your beers in the clear bottles get skunked from the light?

@pauswa1966 I keep them in cases covered with a towel so no light gets at them - they are fine
