This as a clipping from the TV documentary »Chicago Melodie« for German TV station WDR which was broadcasted in August 1983. The guy, who is interviewing (and in this clipping watching Homesick James), is Axel Zwingenberger, well known Boogie Woogie and Blues pianist from Hamburg.
