We don't know the totality of circumstances in this case. He might have had a serious record of violence with weapons, he might have been running toward a crowded area with a gun in hand.. He had a weapon, and I'm sure he was verbally told to drop it several times. There is to many unknowns to make a clear judgment on the officers use of force.

They asked him to stop and he didn't stop thats why deadlyforce was used. If he had only stepped out of the car and not had driven ( a vehicle is a weapon at high speeds) then he would have been spared but he was already on borrowed time

Here's the thing, when a guy has a gun and you trank him it's not an instant effect. As for rubber bullets, a good choice but they don't carry rubber bullets in their handguns, they carry real bullets just like the criminals. Tranking him and rubber bullets don't work because the suspect could still fire his gun, that has real bullets and kill a person. Cops are trained to match lethal force with lethal force. Don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

We don't know the totality of circumstances in this case. He might have had a serious record of violence with weapons, he might have been running toward a crowded area with a gun in hand.. He had a weapon, and I'm sure he was verbally told to drop it several times. There is to many unknowns to make a clear judgment on the officers use of force.
