With firefox, you can use the Easy Youtube Video Downloader addon and just download the video as an mp4 w/out having to wait for the video to finish loading.

Because PSP doesn't support the type of mp4(difficult to explain)

Try downloading an app called psp video 9 which can help convert that into a right format for the PSP

You can, but safari would be more convenient.

If you use internet explorer, just bookmark the link, and when you want to download the vid, I think you need to press the link in the bookmark.

But if you use safari, you don't need to go to the bookmarks bar but just click on the icon above.

Um.. sorry, internet explorer can't do this BUT, you can use safari or firefox, and both can be used on a pc. If you want to download safari, there is a link in the description.
