He had terrible handles his entire career, he couldn't rebound, he had no play making ability, his defense was mediocre. Ray Allen when he was younger had pretty good handles, played pg a bit for the Sonics even, and was a guy who attacked the rim off the dribble...Reggie NEVER worked off the dribble. It's just now in his older age that plays just off the ball.
