Great men and women have died and bled for the freedom of this country. The National Anthem and flag are reminders of the sacrifice. Josh Howard is a disgrace to all Americans and he needs to be slapped and dragged across a football field.

When the national anthem was written and 1st sung, African Americans were treated unfairly and lynched, and suffered under horrible racist ass whites. So maybe to whites its a reminder of some bullshit fantasy you have about yourselves being great and wonderful,but in reality Whites in Amerikkka were killing indians, and had laws like JIM CROW that blacks just showed whites were evil racist. So yeah, I agree with Josh, I dont celebrate that shit either!! Whites just dont get it!!!

Its not about the money, Its about the racist history of AmeriKKKa against african americans. So you will find that many blacks in ameriKKKa dont look at the Flag or national anthem the way whites do. When the US national anthem was written Blacks were being treated by White AmeriKKKans in power, so yeah I agree with Josh, I dont celebrate the shit either!!

I guess I don't really understand your point of view. I myself am a minority. But I don't see why I should have that point of view. This country is honestly making efforts to bring equality to all ethinicities, and at times to a ridiculous extent. Why have that opinion of not celebrating "the shit" dont you think thats a little hypocritical? As for the money aspect all I'm saying is that he hates this country and in your words the White AmeriKKKans, but yet he will take money from them and then disrespect the country like that. Plenty of ethnic groups were discriminated against but from what I see in the world today african americans all hold a grudge about things that are in the past. But everyone wants African Americans to forget the civil rights fight and the injustices we faced. Wrong, you will never get past it unless the wrongs are dealt with and the wrongs ,righted.
