  • repetition through practice helps, yes. If you need to work on something, overexaggerating the movements to make sure you are doing it is a great tool.

  • lol does swinging your arm 5 times after you throw the ball help?

  • @strongsock I've really noticed a huge lot of people doing that.. It's kind of annoying for some reason.. :/

  • @strongsock This reply is probably 2 years to late, but if you see someone who swings their arm after release, it usually means their arm is relaxed when they throw the ball. I know from personal experience, when I'm not doing good, it's because I'm not following through(arm swing). When I do follow through after release, I usually am more consistent, and get more hand in the ball, and if feels good too. Don't force the arm swing, just let it happen.
