I'm surprised you didn't like this more. I find this to be the smoothest, easiest drinking, best Octoberfest I've had yet. No problem, different strokes for different folks. Kudus for keeping it real and good review.
@supratowrx sorry about that... i thought it was to much like burnt barley. not undrinkable or anything, but not my cup of tea either....thanks though... hopfully ill find one i like that you will think the same...
@beernoob well i feel its important to not only be honest about what i thought, but if i dont or do like something be able to articulate why. i think i do a good job of being honest and articulating why, and i think that gives me more credability and i think thats why people like me, even if they don't always agree. ill also be the first to admit that my assesment may not be one shared by most, but i think thats what makes beer fun...thanks for watching...
Really? This is one of the best American version of a "festbier" on the market in my opinion. It is traditional in every sense of the word. Im actually posting a review for this on Friday as well
@BeerGeekNation i noticed on Ba a lot of people thought it was a it grainy, or "cooked grain"...thats exactly what i got, and it was a bit overwelliming, and not very enjoyable.
God help you indeed. So far I've only had German Oktoberfest beers and I only had two that really turned me on, and I live on a military base where the class 6 gets a good variety. I cant wait to see if you review the ones I've had. CHEERS DUDE !!
@monkeycaveman well i have completed my series, but it wil take me a few day to upload them. i did like 5 authentic german ones. one which you already saw. so when those get loaded on you will have to let me know if i did ones you tried.
