Wow, thanks for this great audio! I've been hearing these, too, and I don't live too far from Suwannee so it's more of a confirmation when the recording is something local. I knew that at least one was a Barred, but wasn't sure about the other. Can you tell me, though, if you know if these 2 owls were mating, protesting, or if one was juvenile? I've been curious to know the nature of the commotion. Thanks!

there's 10 acres of woods behind my home, and lately I've been hearing a group of them. sometimes just one, sometimes a couple. Over the weekend I must have heard the whole family, it was awesome!

@WingsOfChaos7 I heard them where i live too...In the nearby woods...I just found out what that call is...I think there is a pair...I live in a sub in northern Florida...I think it is VERY special to have them here...AWESOME!!!
