i checked my balance -$90

spent a total of $40 on 4 diff payments

check my balance the next day:im at -$169

turns out they were tricky because a check was deposited and then a while later it was withdrawn in cash so after the "pending" i would be left with like $6 on balance and 4 different payments to make totaling 40 and thats 4x overdraft fees (35) thats 140 dollars out of my pocket , can i do anything about it? i should of been more careful ....

Bank of America did something simular to me. -They first lowered the rate, then almost doubled it. I called Bank of America, stating that I refuse to accept the 30% interest rate. They refused to negotiate a fair interest rate. Since then they have not received a dollar from me. ***Ironically, now that they're getting NOTHING, they want to renegotiate. Funny how greed shifts gears of a bank when you stand up for yourself. (but they're still not getting anything else from me)

I have recently started to do all business on paper. It is much more difficult to get scammed with the information right in front of you in black and white. Boy, they do not like this approach. In fact the majority of these buisness transactions are stiffled because I demand transparency.

On Thursday stockmarkets all over the world collapsed becaused of Dubai World. Why because the FEDS were mot at work because thanks giving. On Friday morning the European co-FED's conspiritors started to lift the markets, and the FEDS continued.
