there no way i could no that when im in pain from endo, the legs up and deep breathing yes,but crunches no way you want to relax to muscles,they are already contracting, and inflamed, but you are right about legs up, it works best with cold air blowing on your legs

@kathleenfanson Very true Kathleen. Developing your core, particularly during your period when you have endo is a really bad idea.
