I have the e.l.f studio eye and face brushes and they are sooooooooo gooood, I use the eye concealer brush for the mineral pigments and the c-shape one for my pressed shadows. You need to try them.

Is the 'c' shaped eyeshadow studio line the same as the professional (white handle) ones?

I find studio's version is better. I have a question for you. The 42 eyeshadow matte palette good? Is the quality smooth like some of the HIP eyeshadows or are they chalky?

I've been wanting to purchase it but I'm a bit hesitant. I had purchased the 56 and the 88 palette from Coastal Scents but I find the 56 a bit chalky. I have collection of shimmer colors but I'm in need of some good matte colors that won't fade quickly or feel very chalky. Let me know...thanks :)

Yes, it is good. The quality, IMO, is better than in the HiP duos. They arent chalky to me at all. They are incredibly pigmented. The colors are very smooth and they go on soooo smooth, almost like its not matte bc i dont have to fuss with it when applying. The c studio brush is practically identical to the professional one. The only difference is the studio one has synthetic fibers, which I'm told is good for using cream shadows. It's easier to clean.

LOVin the specks girl! I have elf brushes as well. So great and affordable! Its good to know that when I get good @ shadows ELF brushes will take me there!

I dont have a video on how i clean my brushes, but i only use like a facial cleanser and add some alcohol to kill any bacteria

I like the pro line e/s brushes better. The studio line is cheaply made and it doesn't even apply like the pro line. It's weird because the studio line is cost more.

i love the elf brushes. they are great for a buck! and no matter how great or expensive the brush is, if you dont have good technique, it wont matter anyway. if i have too, i can do a great eye with a sponge applicator....lol
