Heh, well that does sum it up pretty well. Twatlight is one huge disappointment. How could someone go and destroy the image of the vampire and think its a good thing?
And besides that, if a book has a huge cult following why would you go with shitty special effects and horrible actors for the movie?. My eyes still burn a little bit from having to watch that movie...if you can call it that.

When I think of vampires, though, I think of the ones from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I mean, just Google Image search "spike vampire", and that will show how cool and hard-core vampires can be compared to the ones from Twilight.

And the similarities to the Vampire Diaries are just too many to ignore..

I gotta say, you have a point. It's funny cuz in the show, Damon makes a reference to Twilight, but it is way too similar. Stefan and Edward are like twins.
