  • He lights the damn thing at 2:05! So, go straight there!

  • Oh great so I can't put rechargeables in it then?

  • I have the K3, its OK, not that ''special''

You should try the 4Sevens Preon Revo, sexy light with 80 OTF lumens vs K3 has about 10 OTF lumens (Out the front) The Preon Revo runs on one AAA.

I can't wait for the Fenix E05, VERY rugged light that are smaller than the K3, and it produces a 180 degrees beam of 30 lumens.

The Preon Revo is at the same size of the Led Lenser K3, but are MUCH brighter.

It would be cool if you could make a review of these lights.

    Great video btw :)

  • @MatHahogg the preon revo costs 4times as much

  • @benlovesdrugs

But still; the new Revo is about 10 x as bright (the S2 version), higher quality, longer runtime on low and more EDCable due to smaller head. Uses a more common battery too. I have to pay 20 $ in Norway for a set of the batteries the LED Lenser K3 uses.

And; the K3 isn't even regulated, so it just gets dimmer and dimmer.

With a Nichia GS LED, the K3 isn't worth the money. If you are on a strength budget(cuz you love drugs?) check out the iTP A3. Fantastic light huge output

  • @MatHahogg ok cheers mate for the info, ill have to check the ITP A3 out.

  • @benlovesdrugs

I'll recommend it, the R5 version gives you 96 lumens (say 60-70 out the front lumens) and is a bit floody.

The Q5 version (old) gives you 80 lumens (say 50-55 Out the front lumens) but it's more throwy. No huge throwers of course, due to that they are very small.

  • Replacing its batteries is about as expensive as buying a new K3, including fresh batteries.

  • @nicvri You're wrong, by a cheap and tiny 12 v battery and strip it out, you'll get several little batteries for this flashlight

  • You mean 'Negligable' weight, not 'Neglectable' weight... but i knew what you meant. Like always, great review bro!

  • Nice one Nonk, will pop a quick review of my Streamlight Nano when it arrives from the US soon, about the same lumens but a bit smaller, going to buy the Led Lenser P3 though.

    Nice review

  • I own a K3 and I'm very happy and satisfied with it. It's very durable and very reliable. Battery life is also good, 1 set of battery will last about a month.

  • This is a great review, its got the information I was looking for. Thanks.

  • Thanks mate. I like em, that's why I review a few of them :)

  • Thanks. Its good to have someone doing a few flashlight reviews.

  • i bought a P7 off ebay and they are giving me this for free. cant wait

  • Congrats man ;) It's a good little thing. First I wanted to give it to my girl, but after using it a few days, this thing found a home on my keys. :)

Oh yes my girl has a LL police tech focus in stead. hehe

  • @nonkelroge Hey there is this better than the P3?

  • Very good review!!!

    Thank you!
