i get the same noise when i suck in air so i guess my tounge is placed right but when i use the pressure it doesn't come out as clicks it's like a suction type noise it's wierd.

While doing the click rolls with the beat.. your not power beatboxing. you can breath while doing the beat. Your beat should consist of a B bass.... and a Pff snare. K snare is tough with the click rolls.

hi, i just started learning the click roll, like today. i wanted to ask, when you place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, is it curved inward at all? or is only the tip touching, or barely touching the roof of your mouth? is your tongue relaxed? cuz i think my problem is my tongue is really rigid, like i flex my tongue if that makes any sense, please help :)

oh yeah, I just started practicing click rolls... at first is it supposed to be hard to get that continuous 'popping' or is it hard to make a single 'pop'. because right now i can only do 1 pop at a time.

it's impossible to block the whole month and let the air pass only from the top. If try to do so, air only passes from the sides and makes the noice if someone stepped on the frog.

However, im not sure if ive got the right technique when i do it, it sounds almost right and everything (i think its just a question about polishing it more). The thing is that when i try to include the clickroll in a beat it is hard to switch between the click roll itself and another sound (e g a snare sound for example). I never had this problem when swithching between snares, hi-hat or anything before, but maybe with the click roll it is that way? Did you have the same problem as i have?

its not an "L" shape, its a backwards C and the bottom of your tongue goes on the roof of your mouth. Then you like pull down like when you do the gnLOP, and then it will do the multiple click sounds in a row, takes about a day to master. (atleast for me)

the key to doing clickrolls fast is doing, a single click then base kick or snare, and a double click, like faith sfx does, he does not do a complete clickroll like most people, a complete clickroll is around 6 clicks, a lot of people like to do "single click, snare, doubel click, base kick, single click, snare etc etc.
