Szerintem a Natalie Portman egy igazán szép nő és rendkívül jó színész, de a film nekem nem tetszett annyira. Nagyon jó volt a kivitelezés és a szereplő válogatás is, de nekem nem tetszett az a karakter akit elő kellett adnia. Az én ízlésemnek túl "ne bánts virág" aki csak a pályája miatt elakar jutni egy kis ribanc szintjére csak azért, hogy elismerjék ráadásul a főnöke a lehető legmegalázóbb módon próbálja ezt kihozni belőle. @cabinthewoods90 If you mean the dancing, Natalie has been dancing ballet her entire life and she did do most of the dancing scenes in Black Swan.

@ClickForOutkast She did ballet until she was 11 or 12, that's not her entire life, 11 or 12 is when ballet actually starts to get serious. And she did most of the dancing scenes in Black Swan because they filmed the upper body ``dancing´´. Most of the movie is about her face and her arms moving, and btw, moving horribly. Anyone who knows about ballet sees it, but for most people she looked fine because most people don't know ballet. So please, get your facts straight.

@cabinthewoods90 The facts are, she did do most of the dancing and it did not look half bad, as you make it look like. You are incredibly exaggarating, and I hope you realize this. I wasn't amazed by any dancing but I wasn't grossed out either, nor was anyone else I have ever talked to.

@ClickForOutkast I hope you don't take this as an insult, but how much ballet have you seen in your life? it takes experience and time to see what's good dancing. I understand she is an actress, but that does not exclude the fact that her dancing, from a professional point of view, was plain bad. The thing is, you can't learn to be a ballerina in a year, but this is what the media made most of the audience believe, and it was dead easy to do so since most of the audience don't know about ballet

@cabinthewoods90 I don't take any of the things you say as an insult, and I haven't seen much. Black Swan is a movie that anyone can see, it was not directed towards a ballet audience. To an untrained eye it doesn't look half bad, so your comment on how she should leave it to the experts is stupid, because it simply doesn't matter.

@ClickForOutkast It doesn't matter to you, but it does matter to me. If you were a pianist and saw a film in which an actor tries to look as a pianist and fails miserably, you would be annoyed. We are always annoyed when movies depict something we do, love or know in a wrong way, particularly when the actor gets celebrated as if he had done some kind of miracle, when in fact is all pure marketing in order to get money and awards. I know that's Hollywood, but that rubbish annoys me.

The point is that wether someone like you who apparently understands one or two things about ballet liked it or not, she shouldn't "leave it to the experts" when she's doing it for a movie role.

Does Robert DeNiro know how to box? No he doesn't, did he do a good job for Raging Bull? Yes he did.

You didn't merely state your opinion that she can't dance, you insulted her.

I wasn't trying to make you feel an ignorant, you know nothing about me, and I care when someone is celebrated for doing overrated rubbish, which is what Black Swan is to me. I accepted the fact that to someone like you the dancing looks bad, but it doesn't matter. I don't need to be her mother to realize that you're being unreasonable and insulting for no reason at all. I haven't insulted you so I don't know why I'm being rude. Anyway, Portman is not getting credit for her dancing, she's getting credit for her acting.

And I hated both the acting and the dancing, and I don't care about critics and awards because, as I said, all of that is plain marketing to me, it's business and I don't believe a word of it. The only thing that matters is how you feel while watching a performance

@ClickForOutkast Right. In my opinion, it's one of the most overrated performances ever to grace the screen. But that's what art is all about, what is genius to some is awful to others, and we're all right because there's no way to label art, even though we try all time with awards and all of that stuff. Anyway, sorry about the misunderstandings and my rusty english, because I can't express myself as well as I'd like and that probably didn't help.
