Portugal benefited from legalisation, drug related death rates shot down because hard drugs weren't being used anywhere near as much. It wasn't all drugs, it was soft drugs, the drugs that you cannot overdose on. WTF, if the goverment regulated drugs and we pay tax they could still under cut the black market. Anthax was cut with heroin last year.... Would this happen in a regulated market? No. Glass in cannabis would this happen in a regulated market? No. Kids find it easyer to buy drugs then boze.
