The first #253 is "Loop" ("RU-PU") by Maaya Sakamoto, the first ending theme of Tsubasa Chronicle.

The second #253 is "Ohayou" (meaning "Good Morning") by Keno, the first opening theme of Hunter x Hunter. [I love that song!]

I'm unfamiliar with the other two ties for 253, but both titles seem to be shown in English.

As a comment for the video: I like the great diversity of genres represented by this list. =D It shows how amazing songs can come from all over, not just one kind of anime.
