Does the desirability of having white stripes instead of black increase the value of the hugger orange rs option, or is it just a matter of preference? I've heard that in regards to the COPO version...
another beautiful 69 camaro from you guys.I dont know how much more i can take.Great looking and sounding camaro...keep em coming.one day i'm coming up there to see the inventory.
Thanks LS6 but it goes farther than that. Only Norwood cars got the X codes and only for part of the year. It is possible to have a real Z28 with no code from 69.
But your info is correct for the cars that got the codes...
Only The late 69 Z/28 has the x code of x 33 or x77 early 69 Z/28s which wewe built in late 68 had no x code which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to tell if the car is a true Z/28 without the protectoplate if the car does not have the origonal engine/trans(DZ code 302) (M-21) if you have an early 69 with no protectoplate with a motor not origonal to the car you will never know if it was born a Z/28 or not

All 1967-1969 Camaro Z28's had the 302 and 4 speed from the factory. It was the only drivetrain available in first generation Z28's.

i will sure it with you jeff if you look on the trim tag you are looking for a x33 code or a x77 code then you will know it was a z28
