@Gorthan300 lol, i would hope human. These launchers could only be fired from a squat or kneel, or sit brace position. It has a reciprocating rear tub that allows the recoil to be dissipated by the slide and charger separately. A piston in the shoulder rest dampens the recoil. Just like a law or stinger the missile boost ignites out of the tube independently from the canon. As for optics they have had massive scopes and IR broadcasters on bazooka's since the 50's. Not as heavy as it looks
