  • Isn't there a huge risk of getting hurt with these kind fo workouts and intesity?

  • @oasisforever00 yes. to the inexperienced...but I'm sure these guys have probably been doing crossfit for a while.

  • is that really 185 for those C&J's... because that looks heavier than 185

  • really.... this is crazy

  • fuck i feel weak now...

  • Caucasians = crap at any sport besides tennis, snooker and golf.

Blacks = awesome at most athletic sports and body building.

Caucasian eastern europeans = awesome at power lifting and boxing.

moral of the story is life sucks

  • @Squeaky4CC u left out hockey for whites... whites are good at basically everything... there isn't really an absence of them in anything except maybe soccer

  • @Squeaky4CC Why do you jump to conclusions like this ? This is racist and ridiculous. Where you are from and what you look like doesn't make you good at anything. There's so many counter examples to what you just said there I don't think I have to mention any. If you are bad at something, it's simply because of a lack of motivation and consistency.

Moral of the story : go training.

  • Crossfit is always hard, but this workout is a little over the top in my opinion. I would cut it to 3-4 rounds for a beginner.

  • insane

  • only idiots do not understand this typr of training or intensity... keep it up on your isolation biceps Franz....

  • isnt cassius clay mohammed ali? so shouldnt this be called the mohammed ali workout?

  • That looked hard as hell, well done tho guys training so hard is obv paying off :) ive never attempted crossfit would love to try it but couldnt do it at my gym :( Oh and if people dont like then dont watch it lol, hate people who just wana critisize!

  • somebody get these kids a sandwich

  • And they say crossfit is for fags...

  • i hope you know ... all 3 of you look really stupid picking the weights up and slamming them down like your tough shit ....

  • @baldplate31 their tired as hell dude... people do it all the time at the gym...

  • @baldplate31 you have obviously never done crossfit, and if you dont have anything nice to say dont say n e thing at all.

  • @baldplate31 they don't slam it to appear tough.. It's impossible and above all not good for muscles to put the weight down after lifting...

  • @baldplate31 it's nothing like a normal gym. you dont understand how tired they are. nobody is even thinking about being tough. If this happened at an LA fitness? then yeah, they would be trying to be tough.

  • @kieldsen001 this workout is way more effective than lifting first and then doing cardio. You stay in your aerobic pathway a whole lot longer because you keep your heart rate up. If you lift first, you are just using your anaerobic pathway which burns a whole lot less calories. You lift, you take breaks, you do this you try to take as little breaks as possible.

  • Great idea but use try using simplier variations instead of the highly technical olympic lifts ie jump squat and press or explosive step ups or use kettleballs. They will achieve the same aim with less chance of injury Power lifts are specialised and need total focus, pure speed and perfect form. U cant do this breathing out your arse! love the idea tho

    S&C COACH

  • I have a better way : perform a strength workout first, and then do cardio.

It can be done in the same amount off time, and will be more effective.

  • Do crossfit 'dudes' deliberately do olympic lifts with appauling form? Seriously, I have yet to see one person clean or snatch correctly in the vids I've watched!!!

  • Everything was perfect, except for the last scream, I mean...what was that?! LOL!

  • deadlifting creeps the shit out of me

  • I just can't see why slamming the deadlift bar to the ground has to be a part of the technique. It causes injury.

  • I just can't see why slamming the deadlift bar to the ground has to be a part of the technique. I causes injury.

  • The only problem I see with crossfit is that the olympic lifts aren't really meant to be performed for maximum repetitions. Better off pushing a car or dragging a sled or something for power endurance and conditioning. Nonstop cleans are a recipe for trouble.

  • @goldtogreysmoke nonstop cleans might be bad if the weight was too heavy and form was being sacraficed because of it.... Who says they can't be done at higher repetitions? just because actual olympic athletes train purely to get that heavy heavy lift, more repetitions challenges your cardiovascular system.... try doing "Cindy" and you'll understand why doing olympic lifts for high repetitions isn't such a bad thing.....

  • @maiolo6 I didn't say it was a bad thing. I just wouldn't recommend it to anyone I cared about.

  • @goldtogreysmoke if its not a bad thing why wouldn't you recommend it to anyone you care about? that doesn't make any sense man.... I'm just saying

  • These workouts look intense, but they also look like they have lower back injury written all over them.

  • @kyleclark861 At cross fit they actually care a lot about from to prevent injuries, so these guys are only using this weight because they know how to handle it properly "or they are supposed to". In cross fit weight it’s not supposed to be so important as it is on powerlifting or bodybuilding..

I’m thinking about giving cross fit a try. Somehow this seems fun xD

  • @josebrid exactly. You decide what weight you want to use not the trainers. men can use just the bar if they wanted to and nobody would hate on them because it's a family.

  • When I will be dead I want the paradise to look exactly like that!

  • **kipping muscle ups** ;)

  • Looks like a great workout but those clean and jerks have to be murder on the joints.....i dont know how good an idea that is to be doing those long term.

  • @KennedyCorey Clean and Jerks are good for you as long as your form is good

  • @h4d193 I know that the exercise is a great movement, just like squats are....but believe me doing twice your bodyweight when your in your 40's is bad news for your joints.

Sure when your in your 20's it seems great to lift really heavy but it catches up to you. Ask any pro athlete whose old now.

  • looks fun!

  • Metallica - Battery

  • does anyone here knows the title of this song? Thanks.

  • muscle up is the pull up to dip type thing they do right?

  • I NEED A ROOOPE!

  • crossfit is about universal exercise so crossfit have a nice future !

  • dude the crossfitgames are like a dream they're so cool i watched them on my computer wish i could go

  • I just got a boner....this place rocks

  • This is a very impressive workout no doubt.

  • That is a fuck of alot of work! Very impressive.

  • Best power clean and front squat form I have seen on cross fit videos. Lovely to watch

  • Hehe, that bloke's name is Sack....

  • Finally got around to trying this with what I have available. As rxd except:

    12' RC, no feet

    400m run

    35:02

Absolutely crushed. Awesome job - thanks for posting.

  • Great song selection .. Makes me want to go out side and run a marathon . Its Saturday , off day for me ... oh man they take off their shirts MAd hardCore!!!

I give them props either way !!!

  • My gym doesn't let me drop my weights..and i work at home its worse then a gym my mrs nags me when i drop them lol. peace

  • The weights are bumper plates...they're made for dropping.

  • much much respect on that WOD. that's some sick numbers on those movements

  • Hmm? The woman's form is wrong (bad starting position, back not in extension), not enough tension on the hamstrings, she is using her back to lift it. But the guys look fine, what do you see?

  • @plumjam123

    Wel...

Stupid crossfit fashion clowns. Its all about fashion you dumbasses. In 5 years these gyms of yours will have vanished. Get the fuck off.

  • @georginikolaev

Your a tool, crossfit has been around for years. Its just recently gotten big, shut your mouth if you dont know what your talking about.

  • @georginikolaev i like how you spell well, it really brings out the stupidity in you, and your comment just makes your dumb ass look huge.

  • @plumjam123 Thankyou

  • @plumjam123 Since this comment was a year ago - I doubt you will see this response but it is mainly for the other people who come by.

CrossFit is an amazing workout regime. I dropped 45 pounds and got off my diabetes meds due to these "Stupid CrossFit Clowns". You obviously have never done these workouts. Proper form is always taught. Try it before you slam it. There is nothing as good as CrossFit.

  • @superguy34 Err, read my comment again, the " " refers to other comments posted.

Granted, sarcasm is hard to judge, although I thought the last sentence might of given it away :)

Anyway, glad to hear of your dramatic health improvement, I was in a similar situation myself before i was introduced to CrossFit, and I've never looked back!

    -P.S. I have done these workouts ,-)

  • @plumjam123 Sorry about my comment. I missed the sarcasm now that I have reread it I am really embarrassed. I tire of the "haters" on here that slam these workouts without doing them. My message to them try it before you knock it. Keep at plumjam123!

  • @superguy34 bud, ive never met a crossfit coach who had ever actually been taught o lifts by a real coach. they always got it from a crossfit coach. and before you bring up bergener, hes the only one.

  • @plumjam123 You mad, brah?

  • @plumjam123 Lol, look these people have all my respect for trying to get fit/loose weight/whatever their goals are. However, its obvious that on some lifts people dont know what they're doing, lots of people get injured in crossfit because crossfit decides thats its a good idea to try and get 30 C+J's for time.. i dont use bicep curls or leg extensions I front squat 110kg, i can only C+J 80kg but i can do it better then any crossfitter, ANY day.

  • danm fine teqnique on the cleans. rock on!

  • love the music. fucking awesome workout too.

  • cannabis cup

  • respect for this workout man!

  • Sack is so hot!
