i use fraps when i record gaming and fraps is one of the bests recording programs because u can type in the fps you have ingame on the program so the recording will record with that fps so it wotn lagg. but there is one problem with fraps, the files gets huge. a video of about 10-20 min could take around 20-40 GB or something so can take some time to upload but if you got a decent internet connection it could take around 1-3 hours to upload a 15 min vid. hope this helps ^^
i know a program that is like FRAPS but it dosent take much power of your computer and it still record in 1080P if you want it do there are settings but yeah the program is called Bandicam.

The problem with FRAPS is that it take 30 screenshots ea sec. That can make the computer lag alot.
