Fair enough. But when the North Korean government is prepared to sacrifice millions of people to starvation, so that they can maintain in excess of a million-man army, and engage in developing a nuclear programme of any kind, it does not bode well for the outcome to tens-of-billions of dollars' worth of investments--if nothing else--in South Korea and/or Japan. Nor does anyone, the Japanese included, need to endure a resurgence of Japanese militarism via democracy, because of North Korea.
