@Char1zard93 Florida DOT regulations require school buses to have white strobes on the top of the bus to identify them as a school bus. As if the big obnoxious yellow paint job isn't enough to say "Hey, I'm a fucking school bus".
The point of this video was what? to show a Trooper serving and protecting the public I hope! Troopers will not leave disabled vehicles in a construction zone so that they can get plowed into by the moron too busy on his cell or distracted by whatever. If you have a problem with what the trooper did why not say it??

YOU CAUSED MORE OF A HAZARD following the highway patrol just to get some stupid video and in the process blocking everyone behind you from being able to see the cops warning lights. were you hoping to see blood flowing on the highway? or cause an accident yourself? and who or what was holding the camera as you were driving?
