I saw a movie about the Muinich massacre in which 11 jewish athletes were cowardly murdered. Children do not "become" any religion, they are forced into it. Children at a very young age do not posses the ability to tell the difference between any race or any religion. They will all play together until the religion or influence from the parents drives a wedge between them and people they have never met.
There is no pride in subverting the innocent minds of children, and every religion on this planet is guilty of that.

@libertyjusticeforal1 I would agree with that in part. Some people who claim to be atheist are not really atheist. Some are "Radical atheists", you know the people who get off just being insulting to religions, I guess its a more a phase that a final structured belief, or lack of.
But I would consider the Agnostic by definition, less of a mental threat to a child's developing mind. The words "I don't know" are far more helpful to a child's understanding than Myth or flat out rigid denial.

@123backinyerface Although I am a pretty rigid Atheist when it comes to say the Abrahamic descriptions of God, because its not really a very intelligent persona of a God at all. The way the Abrahamic religions portray God sounds very human to me.
To many people ignore the astrology and extremely heavy entheogen use of the time. Except, the etheogens were outlawed in favor of written dogmatic texts as allegorical stories and commandments.

If you read the Quran, you will see the attributes of God.

A loving God does not encourage His faithful to kill themselves in the process of killing other people. This is not real martyrdom, but it is looked at as such. I have seen Palestinian mothers rejoicing over their dead sons who have killed themselves in suicide missions -- joyful in believing that their sons went straight to heaven for their actions.
