Whats the difference between Beechwood shells and Maple or Birch shells, tone wise?

@ShadowAura91 One teacher of mine (whom owned a Yamaha Beech Custom kit) told me beechwood is kind of a cross between Maple and Birch, meaning that they have the natural EQ'd sound of Birch, but has the warmth of Maple.
