Therefore, it is simply not reasonable to compare statistics in this way, as this includes 5 million square km worth of farmland where people live off the land and there is very little crime. Also, these are based of crime reports. The civil disobedience culture in the USA means that very few people in the ghettos ever report any crimes committed towards them, in fear of being killed
