4 decades? That's 40 years. They weren't the first. New York was the first. They only had electrocution.

I would'nt expect much else from Ney Jersey I think anyone who commits a sexual offense towards a child, kills someone in cold blood, or rapes a women should die. The only thing that gives me doubt about who diserves this is our justice systems lack of care for who it is as long as it is someone.
