I manage the Knowle Pink Planet, but the Gloucester Road store, pictured at 00:45 was my original home ( not the Gamestation shelves pictured at 00:52, though XD ), and all I can say is... 'LOL'.

i work at the pink planet in chippenham, i cant say iv ever seen this training video before, although it may have helped , i can also see why our shop always made alot more money than yours :D
