  • nice siren

  • thanks for that info.

  • what does pvc mean?.

  • I would think the two sirens mounted to that tower would be more stable that any wooden pole. You see some sirens on top of wooden poles leaning and looking that it could fall over. These sirens aren't going anywhere!

  • those birds have a headache now

  • haha look at those birds. Getting the F*ck Out of there

  • How the hell can that PVC pipe support that heavy siren?

  • @KSE828 The head is bolted to supports on the top of the tower.

  • its got a tattoo

  • poor guy:( sounds sad

  • @soccerk8te38 This one is actually just fine. It's just set to a low chopper level and has leaky PVC pipe for a "standpipe".

  • Are Thunderbolts loud in person?

  • @nickman888 Yes, very. They will definitely rattle your bones if you're close enough!

  • Looks like someone cut corners either installing or repairing the siren. Most thunderbolts I've encountered have metal pipes all the way and are mounted using two phone poles. One pole goes to the siren head and the other goes to the blower box.

  • would sound awesome if both went off

  • This would be interesting sounding in hi/lo

  • i drew a picture of that siren i'll show it to you if you want

  • Is the Sentry ever used or is decomissioned?

  • @Ouranos94 Read. The. Description. ;)

  • @antiwhoknows I must of skipped over that when I read the description. Whoops!

  • the tbolt is sick <(")

  • @ALLERTORLOVER69 It's just set to terminal 1 or 2. Nothing really wrong with it.

  • Awesome video.

  • love that unique stand that it's on - and of course that it's lower pitched! well done, and thanks!

  • This is the same TBolt that can be heard in a chase video which was posted late last Summer. If you listen in the background, you can also hear the 8/16 port Sentry. This sucker would sound killer in Hi-Lo!

  • That rattling/hissing noise sounds to me like it may be a leak in the PVC pipe somewhere, since it starts right when the blower does. So, is the black stripe on the horn actually black paint or a bare metal spot? lol

  • @murrfarms

By the looks of it, it's bare metal... No continuity on other sides of the horn and a little bit is missing on the other side

  • @murrfarms That's what I was thinking it was after listening more and the fact that it didn't seem as loud as it should. It's hard to tell what it is when you are standing that close to one. Stupid PVC needs better seals.

  • @murrfarms @VMFA115Starloric Oops. Forgot to answer that part. Yep, it's bare metal and it has started rusting. "Scar" would be a good name for this one lol.
