GTR wins the launch, 0-60 and the race is over. GTR wins the street and the new version 3 2013 GTR has 50 more hp to 590 and is less expensive. The Porsche 911 is also better.

AND THAT'S WITH DRAG TIRES.

V8''s are not the fastest by any means. All engines have potential to build power. and it's not how much power you have, it's putting your power to the ground. and going around corners is a completely different ball game.

@fenix8634 I don't think it's gay at all. I think it's cool to put out so much power out of such small motors. It's a lot more complicated to push 500 hp from a small four cylinder than it is to push 500hp out of a big V8. Plus with the lighter weight of the four cylinder motor, the car should be faster if you look at weight savings. But there are advantages to all motors, and I am a car fan, so I appreciate all cars no matter how many cylinders.

you can do anything you want with any kind of car, there is no rulebook that says that anything can only be "this" good. there are many disgustingly fast 4 cylinders on the road, and plenty of american cars that drift like there is no tomorrow.
the mustang is one of the most coveted drift cars...i mean lots of torque+a heavy front end weight distribution make it the one of the best drift-mobiles ever...Also the 04-06 pontiac GTO's are awesome drifters too..u r right though cuz a corvette has too much grip to drift like a GT-R
most professional drift cars use american v8's if you didnt know. And no corvettes arent made for drifting. they can actually hold traction to get around corners faster
I own this vette (stock) and it only has a full exhaust against a 600hp GTR. Also major exhaust leak from the headers at the y-pipe joint. L98 is not that good up top when it is stock. I also have a C5 and it does the same thing to my 90 up top.
I scared away a a vette like this in my little r32 gts-t. he was very rev and throttle happy up untill i punched my car for a second getting bent going 70 in the dry. With his windows down he wouldn't even look over and wouldn't even say a word when we ended up at a light. same thing with this one camaro arround town. i've never had a ricer flyby with a import but i've had many with mustangs. 'Mustang Flyby' should be a household term.

You cant compare an Japanese Sport Street Car with an American Sport Muscle Car...
theyre both great cars, but keep in mind Muscle are more Drag cars with their high power V8 engines...
But Jap. Street cars are made for Speed & Drift with their Inline 6 or Rotary engines...
i never saw a corvette drift like a skyline in tight corners... ^^
Its up to you what you prefer...
Drag = go with American Muscle
Speed & Drift = Japanese Sports Cars...

you can do anything you want with any kind of car, there is no rulebook that says that anything can only be "this" good. there are many disgustingly fast 4 cylinders on the road, and plenty of american cars that drift like there is no tomorrow.

It use the same Engine like R33/34...
RB26DETT = Inline 6 Engine with Stock 280HP...
No 4 cylinder car in the world will beat a GTR...
I dont know what is Fast 4 You...
For me 300+ KM/H is Fast...= 187.5+ MPH...
A GTR can be tuned up to 2000+ HP....!!!

the mustang is one of the most coveted drift cars...i mean lots of torque+a heavy front end weight distribution make it the one of the best drift-mobiles ever...Also the 04-06 pontiac GTO's are awesome drifters too..u r right though cuz a corvette has too much grip to drift like a GT-R

most professional drift cars use american v8's if you didnt know. And no corvettes arent made for drifting. they can actually hold traction to get around corners faster

I own this vette (stock) and it only has a full exhaust against a 600hp GTR. Also major exhaust leak from the headers at the y-pipe joint. L98 is not that good up top when it is stock. I also have a C5 and it does the same thing to my 90 up top.

I scared away a a vette like this in my little r32 gts-t. he was very rev and throttle happy up untill i punched my car for a second getting bent going 70 in the dry. With his windows down he wouldn't even look over and wouldn't even say a word when we ended up at a light. same thing with this one camaro arround town. i've never had a ricer flyby with a import but i've had many with mustangs. 'Mustang Flyby' should be a household term.

dude if your gonna rant get ur facts straight. it's a 6.2L with an eaton supercharger. also it seems to me that the lemans corvettes had to be weighed down so everyone else could have a chance, not bad for pushrods eh? also that transmission is used in vipers and a version of that in mustangs.

Amateur? I'm a full-time ASE certified mechanic, douchebag. There are coilovers and double wishbone up front. No torsion bars, no leaf springs, nothing like that. Just simple trailing arms and coilovers and double wishbone up front. I believe your thinking of the strut bars.
