there is an a little bit older Kirovetz - 700A, newer - 701 with V12 JaMZ 240, not turbo engine ~300 HP, but this engine is possible to modify (install turbo-compressor), to increase power.

for this kirovetz it's not big problem with starter, needs just clean starter's relay's connections, contacts; or change this relay :)
