This is one of my long time favorite songs, and I have been a Tony Bennett fan as long as I can remember... but.... something about this duet just "misses." Their voices are impeccable but there isn't connection between the two of them.... it is emotionless. *sigh* Disappointing.

I watched this on PBS, the best on the show, IMO. He gave her the biggest compliment of all the singers- that she had real "authority" when she sang, like Sinatra. WOW. Big pipes to be compared to, well said Tony...

@kelso9318 so you are talking about the Fred Astaire's version, back in 1936 he was the first one who sang it, not Sinatra. and it's not about "beat it", it's not a contest, it's about make a personal version of the song, Tony and Faith did a very nice one, they were very respectful with the song. I don't get why you gave a thumb down for them, like they had offended the song and/or Sinatra. It makes no sense, bro. The Sinatra's version remains unique, but it doesn't mean the other ones sucks.
