John did rain blow under your roof due to it being open over the cabin. Also do you get bugs and or birds nesting up under your roof?

It's hailing right? Is hail a big danger to solar panels?

I lived out in West Texas. I really miss real thunderstorms.

One question, did the air temp. cool down significantly after the storm?.

All I lost was the glass on the solar oven (I have another piece), a hole in the vinyl gutter (I patched it), and some canvas shade cloth - no big deal. I am going to add wood shutters for my windows and big glass front door. Over the winter I will replace the gutter with a metal one.

So I take it that when you rebuild you're going to add a bit more strength so that the carnage doesnt happen again?
