its a good thing thats a big jump because u rotate realy slow. if u tried backfliping on the jumps i hit you would land on your head

The latter is called either an underflip, or an overflip. straight back is definetely easier. Just pop off the jump and look backwards, and tuck, next thing you know, youve landed

try doing backflips on trampolines and off of rope swings to get the feel. the jump should go further up then out and remember to jump and tuck.
