I'm enjoying your tutes thank you. But this one can be done a lot easier by opening it in PAINT. Image, Stretch/Skew, changing the Stretch section only: Hozontal from 100% to 50% and the Vertical from 100% to 50% (play with the values to get the file smaller or larger) This also keeps the ratio perfect.
