  • Lol okay I got the timing down...but now the hoop gets caught around me head and I start doing some neck hooping! Yikes! So how do you get it to pop back out and off your shoulder? Thanks this was a great tutorial!

  • what amazing music is playing in the background???

  • Just found this and I really like it! Thanks, Megzz!

  • where do you look for the psi at? And what exactly does that mean?

  • hi Megzz! i'm good friends with Allie and i saw her doing this move but i never really tried it until.....10 minutes ago and for some reason it doesnt pop out really it just ends up coming up and hitting me under my chin....what am i doing wronnnnggg?

  • Is that Red Fraggle in the background? I can't believe I didn't notice her...or this break-down before. Keep groovin, Megz! ~Tangled Macrame

  • thanks so much for this video....love this trick and this video was very helpful :D

  • OOH! I can't wait to get home and try this!!! I know what my plans are tonight now :)

  • this move rocks. also, if you are having trouble with timing or not hitting yourself with the hoop, try starting the hoop rotating on your left hand moving clockwise...then pop in when the hoop opens up to the right. i was having a hard time figuring out switching hands and this helped to avoid that problem! :).

  • Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and try this. I saw the move on the HoopLab where you roll it across your chest then pop in and out but forgot where to start. Yeah!

  • Thanks for the lesson, this will really help me. I have a question , what is your hoop made of? what is the size. Help : ) hehe

  • This hoop is 100psi tubing 3/4" and the size is 31" in diameter!

    Thanks for watching!

  • Great tutorial!! I hope to see more from ya--you're very talented at hoopin' and teachin'. :)

  • Groovin Megs! I have a question: Why not just hoop it with your left arm? I see why you switch but why not just start with your left and keep it there?

  • I think having it in the right hand and passing it to the left helps with the placement and the timing, instead of just having it already in the left hand. but you know, there isn't one way for anything! it if works for you, rock on sistah! <3

  • this is just fascinating. Really fun.

    good going!
