SA3 basically gives Makoto a HUGE attack boost at the expense of not being able to block until her time meter runs out. If you can read your opponent and guess well, you can dish out ridiculous damage, but it's overall Makoto's least practical super because if she's getting rushed down, she's dead.

J is actually the most conventional Makoto player out of the three. Boss is extremely aggressive and willing to let down his guard, and KO is very eccentric. J is the "textbook" Makoto -- no worse than the other two, a bit more careful, a little less wild.
