Wasn't there a publically sworn oath to the contrary? Or was he talking about Musharraf? Our Chief is an idiot but I finally figured out what that twinkly grin is all about: He's and idiot and he knows it, but he knows he's in charge - albeit ceremoniously; which probably doubles his glee ! Our flimflam Pres seems to have figured out that children learn, but have we learned?
