@LeavingWanted yeah the zr1 was tested and devloped there thats why it was so fast the ferrari wasnt. the 458 is faster on fiorano because it was tested there and the ferrari is 3x as much for a number of reasons like build quality exotic materials and just because the zr1 has a faster nurburgring lap time doent make it better

@LeavingWanted It's one of the biggest fallacies in the industry - Nordschleife on Nürburgring is known because it's quite technical and very dangerous. Every track requires different setup. I don't know why should I worship times achieved at this one. Most high end brands have their "home" tracks. Nordschleife became popular mainly because of Porsche. Others are using it mostly for marketing purposes. I'm sick of hearing about Nordschleife as if it's some Mecca of motoring.

@jobicek well they use it to decided the times for major cars and people base the cars preformance from that time because of the twisty turns to decide the handeling and the really long strait away to decide the speed. Cars only tested on their "Home" track shouldnt be decided how good they are because that certin car could of been made for that certin track. so they bring that car to unfamiliar territory like nurburgring to fully test the cars abilitys. The only thing that's kinda weird about this car is that a lot of buttons are on the steering wheel, which makes things like turning on your blinker hard if you're in the middle of a turn. But other than that, I would have sex with this car if I could.
